Warranty & Repairs
The guarantee is referred to the after-sales service in the form of routine maintenance/inspection, repair, and training on how to use survey measuring instruments, which is carried out within the working hours applicable at toko-alatsurvey.com.
WARRANTY IS NOT VALID OR VOID IF:
- Warranty Card without an authorized signature and no stamp of toko-alatsurvey.com
- The Warranty Card does not match the actual situation or there are scribbles and scratches on the Warranty Card.
- Damage to equipment caused by natural disasters (fire, flood, hit by lightning, earthquake, sabotage, etc.) or damage to equipment due to negligence/mistake of the user/owner himself unless damaged due to manufacturing errors from the factory.
- The seal of the survey tool that has been purchased is damaged or repaired/changed by the owner/third party.
When performing survey tool service, the original warranty card must be brought and shown to the service officer.
